Outdoor
Are you looking to create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, while also protecting yourself from the elements? Whether you’re considering a new deck, pergola, or fence, our team can bring your vision to life and ensure that you’re covered every step of the way.
Extensions
Are you feeling like your home is lacking space or room, with no flexibility for an alteration? If so, consider an extension to your home. Extensions can involve adding another room or area to your home, and are not limited to just building outwards. We can also go upwards to provide the extra space you need.
Alterations
Do you have a space or area in your home that is not living up to its full potential? Perhaps the layout or flow of your home is not functional. If so, consider making alterations to your home that involve changes to the designs and layout, but not to the overall size of your home. With these changes, you can improve the flow of your home, create a larger bathroom, or even add a walk-in wardrobe.
New Builds
If you don’t have an existing option to convert, our team can start from scratch and build something completely new. We can create a stand-alone dwelling, such as a granny flat, sleep out, garage, or a small studio/multifunctional space that is tailored to your every need and preference. Alternatively, we can build you a brand new house from the ground up.

In addition to our main services, we also offer a wide range of additional services, including but not limited to: replacing a back door with a ranch slider or building a new gate to keep your kids and pets safe. If you’re a landlord needing to get your home up to the healthy homes standard, we can help with tasks like ensuring your insulation meets the right R-value, switching out single-glazed windows for double-glazed ones, draught-proofing and closing off unused fireplaces, and fixing any issues with spouting and downpipes to prevent moisture from getting into the home. Our team can also project manage other trades and work directly with an architect if required.
